  • The Mingrelian, Svan and Bats are the recognised regional languages of Georgia. Some of the Europe’s highest mountain peaks, are located in Georgia. The ‘Caucasus mountains’ is the name of mountain range running through Georgia. The Mount Shkhara at 5,068 m is the highest mountain of Georgia. The Mtkvari river is the largest river in the Georgia and it covers an area of 726 Kilometers.
     

  • The Tbilisi city lies on the banks of the Mtkvari river. Georgia has about 25,000 rivers. Some of the UNESCO’s world heritage sites are located at Georgia.
