NDMC Medical College, New Delhi was established in 2013. It is a Government college that is affiliated with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of Delhi and approved by the Medical Council of India. The college is famous for its medical courses. About USP

Hindu Rao Hospital is situated on the ridge in the Civil Lines area of Delhi. It is one of the oldest hospitals in Delhi. It was built in the early 19th century as a residence of Shri Hindu Rao. After the demise of Shri Hindu Rao, the house was converted into a small Nursing Home. In 1951 Delhi state government converted the Nursing Home into a general hospital offering basic preventive and curative OPD services. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi took over the hospital in 1958. Academics wise it is a great college. It is a new college so the faculty recruited here were of very high position and most were from the known reputed colleges.

There are on-campus internships and also a college hospital called The Hindu Rao's Hospital which has various specializations and which provides training programmes. NDMC Medical College gives a compulsory internship for 1 year after completion of the 4.5-year degree. After graduating from NDMC Medical College one can get easy placement with an approximate 1 Lakh salary per month in Delhi with an annual increment. In MBBS there are no such placement procedures as in engineering Almost 100% of students get easily placed at hospitals. But many opt for getting a PG seat by preparing and clearing NEET PG. Many take drop years for it My plan is to prepare for NEET PG and Clear it after getting the degree

The NDMC Medical College and Hindu Rao Hospital is the largest hospital under the North Delhi Municipal Corporation is a picturesque hilltop and surrounded by the green belt. The Main Admin Block consists of Dean’s Office, administrative, secretarial staff, academic and examination hall. The Exam Hall has 4 buildings and a built-up area of 250Sq.mtr with a seating capacity of 250 each. Apart from Admin block, the college has three air-conditioned Lecture theatres with eighty seated and one Auditorium with a seating capacity of 350, all are fully equipped with audiovisual systems and along with Central library on V and VII floors of G- Block.
