The Bhim Rao Charitable Trust founded the Shubham Institute Of Nursing Science and Research Center in 2010 with the aim of providing quality nursing education and preparing nurses with high levels of professional competence. Dr. Prahalad Parmar's Bhim Rao Charitable Trust promotes it as one of its early educational endeavors. The college is affiliated with Gujarat University and the INC and Gujarat Nursing Council have given it permanent recognition. It has become a rapidly expanding Centre of excellence in nursing education and training.
