Shri Vinobha Bhave Institute Medical Sciences, Silvassa runs under the Ministry of Health and family welfare Government of India. It is popularly known as VBIMS Silvasa. It is a leading government medical institute which is placed in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India. The medical college has affiliation through Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, and got approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). It is offering excellent medical programs like M.B.B.S. (undergraduate) with 150 seats per year. Institute of Medical Sciences and the attached VBCH hospital was started in 1952.
