  DA Pandu Memorial RV Dental College is one of the premier dental institutes in India. Established in 1992 as RV Dental College it was renamed in honor of its former Hon. Secretary ,the late Sri. D A Pandu. It is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and is recognized by Dental Council of India .It has received the prestigious NAAC A grade.

  DA Pandu Memorial RV Dental College and Hospital is managed by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust, was formerly affiliated with the University of Bangalore whereas now with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The institution is known for organizing a number of continuing dental education programs that enable its students to acquaint themselves with the recent developments in the field of dentistry. Such programs expose the students to work in a rural setup and encourage them to work in the countryside and give back to the community once they graduate.

  The college aims at becoming a model training center for oral health care and bringing the world closer for the benefit of humanity. The College has been involved distinctively in the field of Community Dental Health Programme in rural areas. One such program of the College includes having the first Mobile Dental Van in Bangalore city, whose equipment has been donated by the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, USA.
