International Medical College & Hospital (IMC) has a world-class campus in 9acres. In the middle of lush trees, spacious villages, and large bodies of water, the campus stands in a solitary setting. This makes the college campus a perfect place for studying. Inside the campus, a lake has been excavated that has brought more charm to the picturesque campus experience. In the institutional building, the college and all preclinical and para-clinical divisions are situated. On the different floors of the Academic Building, the classrooms, dissection hall, labs, museum, library, and other services are arranged accordingly. The Academic Hospital of the Institution is the International Medical College Hospital (IMCH). It is a multidisciplinary hospital complex with 650 beds that is situated in the vicinity of the college hostel.
International Medical College Bangladesh (IMC) also provide hostel to students in their campus with all modern facility on a daily bases, International Medical College & Hospital (IMC) always gives precedence to student affairs They have arranged well-furnished rooms for male and female students in two different hostels, believing that a peaceful, calming accommodation is an unavoidable need, particularly for medical students. On the bank of the lake within the campus, the three-story Boys' Hostel is situated. Next to the college site, the recently constructed three-story Girls' Hostel is housed. Well-trained cooks are appointed by the College for both the hostels for both local and international students.

IMC always gives preference to students’ affairs on a priority basis. Since we believe that a tranquil, soothing lodging is an inevitable necessity especially for medical students, we have arranged well-furnished accommodations for male and female students in two separate hostels. Three-storied Boys' Hostel is located on the bank of the lake inside the campus. The newly built three-storied Girls' Hostel is situated beside the College building. There are separate blocks for foreign male and female students. Both the hostels are adequately furnished with articles needed for everyday living and entertainment. Well-trained cooks for both local and foreign students are provided by the College for both the hostels.
