GMERS Medical College and Hospital is located in the city of Himmatnagar, Gujarat. The first batch of the Medical College was started in August 2014. The Medical College has been approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). GMERS Medical College and Hospital offers Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) program for the duration of 5 years and 6 months that includes an internship period of six months. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the MBBS program offered at GMERS is 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The selection of candidates is done through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
