Medical College Baroda is a medical educational institution for undergraduate and postgraduate medical studies affiliated with the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda's Faculty of Medicine. It is situated in the Raopura district of Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Sir Sayajirao General Hospital is its primary affiliation. Medical College Baroda is a prestigious academic institute under the auspices of the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat, located in Vadodara. Its origin can be traced back to the pre-independence period. The former ruler of Baroda: Sir Pratapsingh Gaekwad laid the foundation stone for the college in 1946, and it began operations in June 1949 with a class of 40 students. Sir Sayajirao General Hospital, a tertiary care centre with 1500 beds is attached to the college.

Unlike most medical schools, Medical Faculty Baroda has a hospital that is affiliated with the faculty. The hospital assists candidates with their tutorial and coaching functions wherever they are permitted to practice. The faculty has a well-equipped library with audio and visual equipment.
