only have professional education but also have high citizen’s consciousness.At that time many considered my ambition to be an obsession. Who needed such a university in a country which had just experienced
another war? I was trying to convince them it was especially important for a country like ours.For me, the diploma which our graduates receive is proof that dreams do come true.
Our graduates with their professionalism answer those who were incredulous at the possibility of founding the best University in Georgia.

1988 – Caucasus University was founded in 1998. It received funding from the US government and did a partnership with Georgia State
University.1988 – First western based education in Georgia was started through Caucasus School of Business (CSB). CU Offered all 3 academic
level programs - Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD - in various fields.2004 - Based on CSB, Caucasus University got official status of private university.
